Eastern Bazaars is a journey to the main markets, souks and bazaars in Asia that emerged in times of the Silk Route and that have remained over time. Some keeps in the same way the Italian traveller Marco Polo found them. Others maintain that special atmosphere where time stopped some centuries ago. Istanbul (Turkey), Aleppo (Syria), Isfahan (Iran), Samarkand (Uzbekistan), Peshawar (Pakistan), Puskar (India) and Kashgar (China) will be some of the places we will visit in this fascinating documentary that will take the spectator to the times of the caravans travelling from the East. -- Explora Films webpage
