"Through the investigation of Eugenia Burgoyne, lyric soprano and star of the revival of the lyric poem 'The sale of cats', we get into the magical and almost necromantic world of the soprano Amparito Puerto, Eugenia's predecessor. The story of 'Amparito Puerto and the wormholes' focuses on the reason of a past in which the double life takes hold of our protagonist. The professional initiatives and artistic vocations of Amparito Puerto were dooomed to failures, due to the social and political situation that affected her life. However her close relationship with the unconscious will open a door to escape, letting her maintain a double life, one in Spain, one in Argentina. Amparito's capacity to pass her life for a thin wormhole which joins the two worlds will open the door to ways of being unworthy of the woman in the Spanish postwar period." -- Agencia Freak website.
