Marie-Line is a tough middle-aged woman who leads a team of cleaners in a supermarket. Most of the women are illegal immigrants, who work hard for little pay. Despite her personal problems, she begins to sympathize with her workers, and eventually puts her own job on the line by doing what little she can to helf them.
