The most powerful Empire of Chance, made by creatures in perpetual mutation, the Hazardous, who deliberately cause chaos in human society, live in the year 2004 a period of deep decline because of a young scientist, Tristán Peraustrinia, who seems to control everything. Peraustrinia is the city of science, where the news programs predict the future. The only thing beyond the control of Tristán is love, what prevents him to dominate the will of the beautiful Princess Priscilla, who hates him.
