Sergeĭ Koltakov, Valentina Aslanova, I͡Ulii͡a Rt͡stbergSummary: There was a moment in Russian history when "the Russian Nurnberg" could happen, initiated by Olga Shatunovskaya, a famous revolutionary, who had been released from Kolyma concentration camp, and a group of Stalinist political prisoners, who have had the great influence on Khrushchev. 64 volumes of terrible documents denouncing Stalin and his executioners were collected. But the executioners remained in the government and they managed to convince Khrushchev to postpone for 2 years the publication of the documents. It gave them enough time to dismiss him from all his positions in the government and destroy almost all documents. Almost... We tried to imagine how the trial, which never happened, could look in the background of the real historical process in Russia which cannot part with Stalin and Stalinism. -- Digitalia Film Library website
