"Children of the Last Garden" tells the story of five young friends who share a hard experience in the turbulent days of Black February. Disgusted by the corruption that prevails in the country and overwhelmed by the lack of opportunities, they decide to do a little social justice by their own hand, restoring to the people a part of the money fraudulently accumulated by a corrupt politician. Thus, four of them plan and carry out the assault on the house of the obscure parliamentarian, but something goes wrong and they are forced to flee La Paz. Guided by a university professor, the five friends will travel avoiding the main road, to the community of Pankar Marka (Town of FLores), on a journey that will allow them to confront their own vision of Bolivian reality with the traditional one of the Aymara community. -- Digitalia Film Library website
